ECIMO lowers its forecast for machine tool production in Europe
On December 20, according to the Federation of Industry and Innovation, CECIMO (European Machine Tool Industry Association) lowered the growth rate of machine tool production in Europe to 3.2% this year, and it is expected that the output of machine tools in Europe will account for about 34% of the world's machine tool production. In the context of the global economic slowdown and sluggish investment environment, CECIMO predicts that the global machine tool production and consumption will face greater challenges next year.
